**Job Description**:

- Responsibilities
- Consolidation of financial statements for quarterly reporting under IFRS framework
- Collaborate regularly with various departments including Fund operations, tax, legal, and treasury
- Partner effectively with stakeholders to manage and execute internal steps memos
- Prepare and present high-quality analysis on a quarterly basis on:

- Key metrics on asset management fee revenues and fee-bearing capital for multiple funds
- Corporate expense analysis and reforecast including review of regional offices
- Articulate key variance drivers and draw meaningful insights from analysis prepared
- Manage and prepare quarterly results presentations used by senior management teams
- Perform month end procedures including account reconciliations and journal entries
- Arrange monthly billings and settlement of intercompany balances
- Responsible for preparing our annual business plan and tracking actual-to-budget progress
- Manage and oversee our shared service function around treasury, accounts payable and receivable
- Supervise, support and mentor junior staff to aid in their development
- Extensive use of advanced Excel formulas to automate recurring analysis/working papers
- Undertake and lead various ad hoc analysis as required on a regular basis
- Assist with system enhancements with focus on scalability for future growth
- Qualifications and Requirements
- Professional accounting designation with 7+ years of experience in accounting & financial functions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and able to simplify complex issues to a wide audience
- Highly organized and has ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and enjoys problem-solving in an unstructured environment
- Advanced Excel skills and proficient working with large data sets using exceptional analytic skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be an asset
