Nightclub Bartender

**Summary.**

We are seeking a talented Bartender to join our team at Tropical Mexican Soul. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails and providing outstanding customer service that enhances our guests' dining experience. Your passion for mixology and commitment to hospitality will help create the perfect Latin vibes in our lively environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations at all times.
- Assist in creating new cocktail recipes that align with our tropical theme.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. **MINIMUM 2 YEARS IN CANADA. We ask for references**:

- Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$22.23 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
