**About Us**:
Elevation Athletics is seeking passionate coaches to join our team. We are dedicated to fostering talent, teamwork, and sportsmanship among players ages 5-18.

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for experienced tennis, badminton, pickleball coaches to lead training sessions, coach matches, mentor players, and promote a positive team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training programs.
- Provide personalized coaching and feedback.
- Foster teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Ensure players' safety during sessions and matches.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous youth coaching experience.
- Strong understanding of techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and patience.

**Experience**:

- Coaching Certification (preferred)
- First aid (preferred)
- Previous Coaching experience
- Vulnerable Sector Background Check (required upon hiring)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
