# Experience
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for players of all skill levels.
- Oversee all aspects of the Badminton site, badminton program, including strategy, technique, and game preparation.
- Provide individual and team coaching, including technical, tactical, physical, and psychological support.
- Recruit, train, and mentor assistant coaches and support staff.
- Foster a positive and competitive team environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
- Evaluate player performance and progress, providing constructive feedback and setting goals.
- Organize and manage practice schedules, match preparation, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of badminton trends, rules, and regulations
- Represent the program in meetings, events, and with media as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, Coaching, or a related field.
- Certification from a recognized coaching association (e.g., NCCP, BWF or equivalent) preferred.
- Years of experience as a badminton coach, with a focus on high-performance or competitive coaching.
- Proven track record of success in coaching, including experience with national or international level players or teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Commitment to the ethical and professional standards of coaching and athletics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.93-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
