**Customer Success Specialist**

**Overview**
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive **Customer Success Specialist** to join our team on a **part-time basis**. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our customers—making sure they feel supported, heard, and taken care of. You’ll play a key role in delivering a 5-star experience across every touchpoint.

**Shift**
- Thursday - Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM **(onsite requirement)**:

- Saturday: 8:00am to 4:30PM **(remote possibility)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver top-tier customer service by listening actively and resolving issues with care
- Handle inbound calls for plumbing and HVAC services—including service requests, scheduling, and general inquiries
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on services, and engage new or returning customers
- Schedule service appointments efficiently based on customer needs and technician availability
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and escalations
- Build strong customer relationships and help improve overall satisfaction and retention

**What We're Looking For**
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, ideally within the home services, HVAC, or plumbing industry
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and time-management abilities
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for helping people and solving problems

**Bonus Points**
- Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home services
- Familiarity with CRM (Service Titan) or scheduling tools
- Leadership or coaching experience in a service setting
