People travel from all around the world to visit Banff National Park. As a Reservations Agent you are their first point of contact so let’s make it memorable

**What Will you Be Doing**:
You will be selling hotel rooms for all of our hotels and resorts (we have 15) so if you like a fast-paced environment this is the job for you.
You will be answering calls and helping guests plan their vacations by telling them about all the fun things to do in Banff.
As a team you will be doing data entry and checking to make sure all hotel bookings are correct to avoid any mix ups for our guests.
Work closely with Front Office staff, booking partners and wholesalers to ensure guest needs are met.
Input and manage data into our booking engine and reservation databases.
