**JOB DUTIES**
- Processing inventory related transactions
- High volume data entry
- Regular reception relief
- First Point of Contact in Summit Tools Head Office.
- Directing and Routing calls to the appropriate department or individual efficiently.

**REQUIREMENTS HOW TO APPLY**
- Must have 1 - 2 years of data entry experience or Accounting Experience.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and articulately
- Must be able to multi-task with a high level attention to detail
- Must be able to best utilize time and resources effectively by planning and scheduling work priorities
- Must be self-motivated and able to work in an unsupervised environment
- Report writing skills are an asset
- Regular reception relief
