**Pay**:
- $45,000 per year.
- Benefits after 3 months of employment.
- Company-matching RRSP is available after one year.
**SKILLS REQUIRED**:
- Experience with Property Management is an asset.
- Experience in the Lawn Maintenance industry is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Maintain and manage all administrative documentation generated on projects.
- Responsible for gathering all information needed to price the project (pick-up drawings, specifications, addendums, bidder's lists, copies of the contract, etc.).
- Assist with daily department administration.
