This position requires an incumbent who possesses the following skills and attributes:

- Will be regularly dealing across multiple departments and dealerships
- Must be comfortable with consistent contact with leasing clients
- Must keep Leasing Director informed of going concerns and issues

**- Analytical skills**
- Make day-to-day decisions based on training and guidance from Leasing Director
- Give input on existing and future processes and policies

**POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Lease Funding**
- Audit booked leases for correct paperwork including ensuring all incentives, rebates, and vehicle equity is correct
- Send all lease funding documentation to accounting team in a timely manner
- Collect missing documentation for booked leases directly from the customer or department responsible
- Enter the commission Business Office Manager on file for the lease (when applicable)

**General Administration**
- Ensure all leases are properly billing and have been properly booked on inception of the lease.
- Review lease cost error report and flag any errors in new leases.
- Ensure approved leases are booked and funded and registered with bank lenders.
- General administration assistance as requested by the Director of Leasing

**JOB PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**

Key indicators for success in this position are:
**Timely Deal Funding**
- Lease Deals are complete and filed within a week of initial delivery.
- Missing documentation is collected from clients, with a high level of customer care and feedback.

**Accurate and Complete Paperwork**
- Paperwork is complete with proper signatures and supporting documents are attached.
- List of missing documentation is low and missing items to not linger past 30 days.

**General Assistance and Eagerness to Grow**
- The ability and willingness to take on new tasks as you become more comfortable in your role within the group.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
