the Program OCM Specialist lead role will consist in anticipating and mitigating risks related to population impacted by recommending and managing communications, training and deployment strategies such that the impacted populations adopt the new ways of working, and the IT tools at their disposal in this context.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Lead and deliver the development of the following change management deliverables at the program level and within each of the projects, including:

- Stakeholder and impact analyses
- Communications strategies and plans
- Training strategies and plans
- Developing the Program resourcing requirements and costs assumptions
- Developing communications for populations impacted by the Separation Program
- Supporting IM Separation Governance, including Steering Committee’s and Program Review Boards
- Managing the IM Separation Google Site and other broad-based communications channels, and curating the content of that site
- Obtaining and adapting updates for the various stakeholder audiences including Program resources, management, the Program PMO, business and external stakeholders and others
- Conducting training needs analysis, developing training curriculums, training materials and training schedules
- Support training leads and trainers in deploying the training
- Developing and tracking OCM work plans and budgets
- Be responsible for setting-up and maintaining stakeholders list, stakeholders mapping and other OCM tools and reports.
- Support other transversal Program initiatives, as required and when possible, including: program planning, data management and governance, process mapping, testing, PMO, risk and issue management
- Ensure the on time and on quality follow-up of OCM activities and deliverables
- Support business in defining the roles valid for all projects of the IT/IM separation program
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the IM Separation Program ensuring coordination, standards, and optimizing OCM efforts where possible.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
