- You will be responsible for ensuring that our in-person and virtual transformation solutions help us achieve our business objectives. You will implement people-centric change adoption solutions to maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance, consistent with internal and client objectives.
- Design, develop and deliver change solutions;
- Communicate with clarity, accuracy and influence;
- Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders;
- Actively understand client needs and adapt to meet those needs;
- Support the design, development and delivery of communications, content and training programs;
- Collaborate with the change management team and clients to ensure an effective change experience;
- Handle ad hoc situations creatively and confidently;
- Identify, measure and evaluate change strategy, initiatives and results;
- Manage time to effectively deliver a clear change message;
- Manage solutions, records, documentation, etc., as per internal and client requirements;
- Perform other duties as required:

- Design and develop communication solutions;
- Present instructional content clearly and confidently;
- Develop and design content using various learning tools for different delivery methods and learning platforms;
- Manage projects within the timeframe required for successful delivery.

Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor's Degree;
- At least four (4) years of relevant experience;
- Effective client and team communication skills;
- Demonstrated success and genuine enthusiasm for working with the client and team members;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair meetings or facilitate webinars;
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Strong entrepreneurial skills to excel in a complex and rapidly changing environment;
- Ability to:

- Create and deliver presentations and materials;
- Manage multiple change programs.
- Technology knowledge and ability to quickly learn new systems for training purposes;
- Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Experience with MS Dynamics 365 (FO/CE) (a plus);
- Basic knowledge of video creation (an asset);
- Communication with teams in both French and English languages. Level expected:

- French: 4/4
- English: 4/4
