**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Change Management Coordinator in similar projects.
- Proven experience in managing multiple service requests simultaneously.
- Ability to follow up with multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
- Experience in developing change management strategies tailored to client needs.
- Proficiency in using project management and communication tools to monitor activities and coordinate teams.
- Documented experience in at least two projects demonstrating expertise in change management coordination.
- **Bilingual (French-English)** - Montreal-based position.

- Expérience dans la mise en place de stratégies de gestion du changement adaptées aux besoins du client.
- Habileté à utiliser des outils de gestion et de communication pour le suivi des activités et la coordination des équipes.
- Expérience documentée par au moins deux projets démontrant l’expertise en coordination de gestion du changement.
- **Bilingue (français-anglais) - Montréal**
