Latched Creative Inc. is a Digital Marketing Agency based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We specialize in SEO for Cannabis, CBD, and Delta 8 THC retail and Ecommerce businesses across Canada and the United States.
- Manage a team of contractors that will fullfill various tasks that you designate
- Work behind the scenes to create standardized onboarding and agency operations processes
- Ensure that all campaign budgets are adhered to
- Bring on additional contractors when necessary to assist in the fulfillment of tasks that you set
- Perform SEO research for clients, assisting in prepping month-over-month content development plans based on keyword research, and advising clients on various tasks when necessary

Mandatory qualifications for this role:

- You must be passionate about all things cannabis
- You must be familiar with SEO agency operations, with a focus on working smarter, not harder
- You must understand how to use Google Analytics and Google Search console at a high level
- You must be familiar with SEO research tools such as Ahrefs
- You must have a solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization. In the event that you need to communicate directly with a client, you must be able to make adequate reccomendations that align with our own company strategies and SEO best practices

Preferred qualifications for this role:

- At least 1 year of experience working in SEO agency management
- Past owners/operaters of SEO agencies or SEO agency operations managers
- Priority will be given to individuals that have worked at or operated a cannabis marketing business, specifically cannabis SEO

**Salary**: $55,139.00-$59,524.00 per year

- Agency Operations: 1 year (preferred)
