**Operations Manager (Retail) - Regina**

**Full Job Description**

We are looking for an operations Manager to join our team in Regina. Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Manager is responsible for leading the store teams to operational success. this position will be responsible for the operational management of multiple businesses including M&B Restaurant, ESSO & convenience store, Omagakii Regina, M&B Food trucks, and other upcoming ventures.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for the development implementation and management of the company's overall sales & operational strategy at the regional level, a critical component to the continued growth and success of our company.
- Identify new business opportunities through effective market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Lead a team of store managers to deliver exceptional customer service and sales,exceed performance expectations
- Manage sales and wage cost, optimal inventory control.
- Maximize productivity while maintaining excellent standards of customer service
- Reviewing & implementing the operational SOP and policies at the stores
- Manage operational & administrative activities for the cluster of stores related to Security, Scheduling, disciplinary, audit, safety, Liaison, etc.
- Managing contracts and negotiating with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensuring best practices and constant development initiatives at the stores and relevant businesses.
- Organizing a customer feedback survey program & implementing of feedback
- Ensuring a succession plan and identification of key responsibilities at the store manager level.
- Developing and coaching a team to achieve their career goals and maximize the store’s performance, also ensuring performance review for the team at the store level.
- A business partner working closely with Inventory, Finance, HR Teams & other external stakeholders.

**Do you have what it takes?**

**Requirements**:

- Ideally 5-7 years of multi-store retail management experience
- Proven success in achieving sales and wage cost objectives
- Very strong people management skills
- A proven team player, dedicated mentor, and a leader
- Ability to make tough decisions and assertive behavior
- Logical thinking, with the ability to foresee the consequences of choices made.
- A “Make it Happen” attitude
