About the role

We are currently hiring for 1 full-time Student Interns for 4-month summer internship from May to August 2025. This Intern will report to the Enterprise Architecture and Advanced Analytics team.
**Here's an example of how you'll make an impact**:
Support the enterprise architecture team in coordinating activities, ensuring all architecture processes are followed.
Monitor and manage the lifecycle of architecture artifacts, ensuring they remain up to date and aligned with governance standards.
Assist in ensuring the completeness and correctness of data used for department BI dashboards.
Schedule and organize governance meetings, such as Project Enablement Boards (PEBs) and Design Authority ensuring stakeholders are informed and present.
Maintain the enterprise architecture repository, ensuring it is organized, current, and easy to navigate.
Assist in the development and updating of enterprise architecture policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
Interact with Senior Managers in the Enterprise Architecture department, Architects (SA, DA, TA) and Software Engineers.
**What you need to succeed**:
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a College or University degree in a related discipline such as Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or any other related field.
A previous experience in, and knowledge of technology, systems, and enterprise architecture concepts. Experience can be acquired through the studies, work experience or volunteer activities.
Strong oral and written communication, excellent organizational and planning skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team setting.
Willingness to learn new technologies and continually update technical knowledge and skills.
A passion for structuring and organizing information to enhance accessibility and efficiency.
**Nice to have**:
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset, but not required.
