This internship is for you The Business Intelligence Department, Consumer Services, is responsible for modernizing and simplifying business performance monitoring, producing dashboards, and providing advice and recommendations based on key performance indicators for the entire Consumer Services first vice-presidency. As Business Intelligence Intern, Summer 2025, you will contribute to the exploitation and valorization of data collected through various channels. Your mandate will be to bring data to life by extracting, describing, analyzing and interpreting it, in order to facilitate business decision-making. Your role will be to analyze issues related to the field, and produce reports that provide users with an accurate picture of situations. You will provide support to the more experienced professionals in your unit in carrying out business files or projects, by exploiting the data available in the databases. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Gather requirements from internal partners and translate needs into analytical solutions, in collaboration with the team- Develop reports (visualization) and make recommendations to meet internal partners' needs- Perform maintenance and identify optimization paths for Power BI dashboards.

What you bring to the table- Be a student in a bachelor's or master's program in business intelligence- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- Experience in creating data visualizations and dashboards in a modern platform (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)- Experience in ingesting, modeling, analyzing and reporting on a variety of data sources.- Knowledge of French is required- Knowledge of Power BI- Knowledge of programming languages: DAX and SQL
