Edmonton, Canada Blueprint Condominium Management Full time

**Working at Blueprint Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong relations in a high inquiry environment with tenants/owners in the capacity of an educator/facilitator
- Assist with managing work orders submitted by tenant/owners
- Supporting management with annual maintenance activities
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team as required
- Obtain, update, and maintain records on tenant/owner contacts, emergency contacts
- Assist in coordinating tenant/owner move in/outs and issuing welcome packages
- Liaise with board, owners, tenants and contractors in a professional manner
- Assisting with following up with tenants/owners in arrears
- Send notices to owners, tenants regarding repairs, maintenances and coordinate the same
- Coordinate and obtain approvals and send notices to tenants/owners
- Assembling mailers and packages
- Complete communication documents which may include welcome packages, newsletters and notices
- Maintain digital records

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Experience in Condominium Management or Property Management would be an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to be flexible and self-motivated and to take initiative.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment where mutual support is essential.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy, even as priorities change and urgencies intervene.
- Strong in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong customer service, proactive and detail oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines, time management and prioritize important tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
