About the Role

We are hiring a Property Administrator to support daily financial and tenant administration for a portfolio that includes three major commercial properties downtown Edmonton.

Reporting to the Property Manager, you will partner closely with property operations, maintenance, and accounting to ensure accurate financial processing, tenant support, and seamless administrative execution.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-driven, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Property & Tenant Administration

  • Maintain lease documentation, insurance records, tenant files, and building admin logs
  • Prepare lease abstracts, tenant notices, recoveries, and reconciliation letters
  • Act as the primary contact for tenant billing questions and administrative inquiries
  • Support service requests, vendor documentation, and tenant communications
  • Track project costs and assist with contractor quotes and coordination

Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Process invoices with accurate coding and approvals
  • Manage rent collection, chargebacks, EFT/PAD setup, and tenant follow-ups
  • Complete bank deposits, reconciliations, and monthly A/R reporting
  • Support year-end recovery reconciliations, accruals, and pre-bill calculations

Reporting & Budget Support

  • Assist with monthly/quarterly reporting packages
  • Support annual budget preparation and operating cost reconciliations
  • Post charges, code invoices, and support portfolio financial accuracy

What You Bring

  • At least 3 years of Property Administration experience, ideally in commercial real estate
  • Strong knowledge of AP/AR, lease administration, invoicing, charge posting, and accruals
  • Yardi experience is required
  • Advanced skills in Excel, organization, and financial accuracy
  • Strong ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven with strong accountability and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and tenant service mindset
