Office Administrator, Halifax

Numus Financial Inc., a financial services company, currently has an immediate opening for a skilled office administrator in its downtown Halifax office. This position will assist with daily office operations and provide support to financial services personnel. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Reception duties, including greeting office guests;
- Sorting and distributing daily mail and courier deliveries;
- Handling office supply orders and equipment maintenance support;
- Coordinating external IT support;
- Coordinating news releases for clients;
- Back up Executive Assistant duties as required;
- Filing and other general administrative duties as required.
- Experience in a related role;
- Strong administrative skills;
- Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office;
- Professional presentation;
- Organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail;
- Background in a legal support role would be beneficial, though not required for this position.
