We are currently seeking to hire a Subprime Finance Manager who is looking to learn more about vehicle financing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and concerns to deliver exceptional service and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships founded on trust, transparency, and integrity.
- Manage a high volume of online auto finance leads (approximately 100 per month), ensuring timely follow-ups and effective lead conversion.
- Accurately present detailed information on vehicle inventory using approved communication techniques and tools.
- Successfully close vehicle sales with clients across Canada, providing a smooth and professional buying experience from start to finish.
- Consistently adhere to all industry regulations and internal protocols, including compliance with OMVIC and MVDA standards.
- Maintain organized and secure records of customer interactions and documentation using company-approved systems and processes.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking and time management skills to prioritize daily tasks and consistently meet or exceed performance goals.
- Stay current with lender criteria and match clients with appropriate financing solutions based on their approval qualifications.

Pay: $40,000-$100,000 per year
