**Westwood Optical **is seeking a career minded individual to join our team. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, no weekends or evenings

We are a modern, professional, fast paced and well-established community eye care center. We have been providing quality eyecare for 40 years and we value long term team members. This is a multifaceted role with a mixture of duties to fill your day.

Responsibilities would include...

Answering phone and scheduling appointments

Greeting patients upon arrival and assisting with managing patient flow within office

Pretesting patients prior to eye exam

Contact lens training, placing and fulfilling orders

Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues to achieve practice satisfaction

Keeping office neat and tidy

**Experience**:
Prior experience preferred. Preference will be given to CCOAs

Knowledge of electronic medical records systems and familiarity with medical billing procedures and insurance claims processing is required

Proficiency in retail math for calculating pricing, discounts, and sales tax

Strong attention to detail

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
