Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team. As a Salon Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth salon experience. Your role will involve managing appointments, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

**Duties**:

- Greet clients warmly and provide them with a positive salon experience
- Schedule appointments and maintain the salon's appointment book
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Provide information about salon services and products
- Assist with retail sales, including recommending products and processing transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
- Utilize the point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments and track inventory
- Assist stylists and technicians with client needs as necessary
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management

Qualifications:

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive experience for clients
- Experience in technical sales or retail sales is preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we serve a diverse clientele
- Previous experience in cashiering or cash handling is desired
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills are essential
- Comfortable with technology sales, including promoting products through social media platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $15.39 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
