Key Account Manager

We are currently hiring a Key Account Manager responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of national accounts, connecting with key customers, and driving sales on behalf of our clients. **Position Summary**: - As our **Primary Responsibilities**: Â- Deliver annual growth plans on behalf of Clients Â- Manage the day-to-day business relationships of all assigned National Accounts & Clients Â- Sell in and manage all current listings, distribution, price/program management, annual plans, and innovation Â- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate Customer/Clients needs on an ongoing basis staying on top of consumer trends and National customer opportunities - Building annual account plans in conjunction with Client Companies, manage all aspects of trade spend management, including maintaining Clients trade management system where applicable, monthly forecasting, deduction management and financial reporting - Conduct detailed ROI analytics & post-event analysis, staying within Client budgets - Regular collaboration with SVP Sales to align on approach and execution of Clients KPIs - Travel as required to deliver and facilitate presentations with prospective customers and partners and represent the business at key trade shows in their respective market **Requirements**: Â- Undergraduate degree. Preferred MBA or Business focus Â- 5+ years of sales experience with CPG Manufacturing companies, calling on National customers, and Natural Health Product experience is a bonus Â- Demonstrated highly developed written (business and creative) and verbal communication skills, tact, assertiveness, and business acumen Â- Hands-on team player with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve optimal results Â- Exceptional organizational skills, strong multitasking, and prioritization abilities with a proven track record of over-achieving on sales targets in a fast-paced environment and exceeding organizational goals Â- Excellent presentation and selling skills across multiple audiences of management and national CPG Accounts/Clients **Competencies**: Â- Project Management: Able to manage multiple priorities while setting goals and objectives amongst many Clients to meet deadlines Â- Valuing diversity and difference, building and maintaining relationships, demonstrating ethics and integrity Â- Communication skills, Self-Starter, Teamwork, Problem Solving, Resourceful, Analytical Â- e-Commerce knowledge is an asset **If you are looking for an opportunity to work in a hyper-growth industry with on-trend "better for you" product lines, then please send your resume/cover letter to**:
