We are a local, family run exterior cleaning business looking for someone to join our growing team. Our current tech and sales teams work closely, shoulder to shoulder, to ensure a great work atmosphere and to provide quality customer service. This is not a normal small business, we are about people over profits and if you are a good fit, may have a good future here. Our head office is located in Surrey, BC. Our scope of work ranges from small home to multi-unit to commercial property cleaning. To be brief, we are looking for positive people person who is quick on their feet to join the team. If you're up for it, get in contact with us to pick a day and come with us for a "test drive" **Responsibilities and Duties of Maintenance Technician - Exterior Cleaning** - perform work related duties outdoors such as Softwash roof cleaning, siding cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, patio and driveway cleaning, and more. - be comfortable handling and maintaining work equipment in good condition such as ladders, hoses, and more. - providing excellent customer service to current and potential clients - complete light office and administrative paperwork **Qualifications and Skills of Maintenance Technician - Exterior Cleaning** - Hardworking - Friendly and good communicator - Reliable and punctual - Problem solving - Attentive and thorough - Able to work independently and within a team - Experience working with ladders and roofs in an asset but not required - cursing, perverse conversations, and bad attitudes are not tolerated, - you maintain a clean appearance and wear our branded uniform, - you must be committed to being honest and truthful to our customers and team members **Job Types**: Full-time, Commission, Permanent **Salary**: $18.00-$30.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Extended health care - Flexible schedule - On-site parking Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Overtime - Weekends Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay - Commission pay - Overtime pay - Tips **Experience**: - Fall Arrest: 1 year (preferred) Licence: - Drivers (required) **Language**: - English (required) Work remotely: - No
