**What You'll Do**:

- Diagnose and repair roof systems (leaks, flashing, water damage, etc.)
- Perform high-quality repairs using proper materials and techniques
- Work on residential roofsshingles, metal, structural components
- Communicate with clients professionally and clearly on-site
- Ensure job site cleanliness and safety protocols are always followed
- Coordinate with crew or work independently, depending on the job

**What We're Looking For**:

- ** 5+ years of roofing or construction experience**(repair experience preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors year-round
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
