**The Position**

We are currently seeking a **Lead Painter - Technician** to join our team The successful applicant will be responsible for interior and exterior painting projects throughout our operating areas, including Langley and Surrey and beyond. Other duties will include:

- All prep and painting work that is required on exterior and interior projects
- Work with sprayers, rollers, and ordering materials from suppliers
- Operating lifts
- Participating in non-painting duties and assisting our other operational requirements
- This includes de-mossing roofs, cleaning gutters, cleaning windows, soft washing houses, and pressure washing driveways

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 to 3 years' experience and technical knowledge of commercial and residential painting, with a focus on exterior and interior projects
- Well-developed work ethic and uncompromising reliability - your word is your bond
- Comfortable with moderate heights
- Valid BC driver license
- Availability for some Saturdays
- Flexible attitude with regard to performing duties for other parts of our business
- Previous experience estimating painting projects is an asset
- Career-focused
- Desire to learn about our business and advancing into more senior roles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
