**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
This role is located at Trinity Common in Brampton and will report to the Sr. Property Manager. This position provides administrative support and helps to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the properties.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Collecting, reconciling, and entering monthly rents in Yardi;
- Maintain and update tenant files, tenant/vendor insurance tracking, utility account tracking;
- Collecting and entering monthly sales;
- Preparing Lease Assignment documents;
- Preparing Rental Assistance documents;
- Prepare correspondence as necessary;
- Assist in the preparation of service contracts, temporary lease contracts;
- Assist in resolving tenant issues including reviewing tenant leases;
- Provide additional assistance in resolving day-to-day issues as required;
- Maintain accounting / invoicing procedures in conjunction with Head Office, including processing supplier invoices, entering purchase orders into Yardi, and preparing monthly tenant service invoices;
- Actively participate in accounts receivable meetings with PM and AR Department ensuring action items are addressed and followed up on;
- Collect and Co-ordinate all information for proposed assignment packages within the region;
- Other duties / projects as required.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- College Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration or Business/Accounting;
- 3 years of previous relevant experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable;
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Strong analytical, numeracy, and problem-solving skills;
- Experience in Real Estate and/or Property Management;
- Proven organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
