Duties

  • Coordinate and schedule property showings with prospective buyers or tenants, ensuring timely and efficient appointments
  • Greet visitors professionally, providing relevant information about properties and answering inquiries
  • Assist in marketing efforts by promoting listings through various channels and engaging with potential clients
  • Maintain organized records of showings, client interactions, and feedback for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with agents and property managers to ensure properties are prepared for viewings
  • Utilize negotiation skills when discussing offers or terms with clients to facilitate successful transactions
  • Support administrative tasks related to property listings, appointments, and client communications
  • Leverage multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse clients and expand outreach efforts

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, real estate, property management, or related fields is preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple appointments and client interactions efficiently
  • Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism and client satisfaction
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies relevant to real estate or property promotion is a must
  • Administrative experience that includes record keeping, scheduling, or data entry is beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, along with the adaptability to use our social media is required.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with potential tenants are crucial for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
