**About the position**:
**Job Duties**
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, developers, and analytics, to execute campaigns effectively
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics, including traffic, leads, and ROI
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and provide recommendations to improve campaign performance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple project simultaneously, set priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to monitor and analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and report on ROI
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- French is an asset
- Spanish is required

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

- Weekend availability
