**The Opportunity**

Quality and Risk Management requires a Risk Management Systems Administrator to maintain and update the proprietary system used to facilitate client and engagement acceptance and continuance as well as the Risk Management Portal and provide related support and documentation and assistance with ad-hoc matters.

What you will do:

- Gathering and documenting requirements from various stakeholders/functional leads and implementing the changes in the administrative system and in the Risk Management Portal as directed by management
- Helping to understand the impact of changes to policy and technical requirements to the system
- Working with the Global development teams to implement and test system upgrades
- Trouble shooting errors and escalating issues as required
- Answering questions from business users regarding functionality
- Participating in user training and the development of related materials
- Generating reports for use by leadership and the business
- Providing support on ad-hoc projects
- At times, business needs arise, and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal workday or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this._

- Strong Computer and technology related acumen
- Strong technical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Critical thinking and due diligence required
- Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Proven track record of teambuilding, relationship management, and dealing effectively with Senior Management.
- Excellent organizational, planning, problem solving, decision making and time management skills.
- Strong skills in MS Office and MS Visio
- Experience working with complex systems, SharePoint and ServiceNow is preferred
