**Position Overview**

As System Administrator you are a key member of the Cabot Home Office team tasked with growing our portfolio of world-leading golf destinations. Your technical knowledge - combined with your enthusiasm, ability to multi-task and keen attention to detail - will ensure that Cabot remains a preferred travel destination for our team-members, owners, partners and guests. You embody Cabot’s values, demonstrating consistently high standards, a strong work ethic and commitment to exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**
- Administer I.T. infrastructure and perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure systems across all Cabot locations are secure and reliable
- Regularly review system logs and resolve any network or infrastructure related issues
- Complete compliance-related initiatives (e.g. PCI, Data Privacy)
- Deploy and maintain team member hardware and software at the Cabot Home Office
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve technical support items
- Own Cabot I.T. standards and the runbook for on-going operation of all technology hardware, software and network infrastructure
- Enforce Cabot I.T. policies and procedures to ensure infrastructure is secure, reliable and aligned with company objectives
- Establish strong partner relationships to ensure proper support and escalation procedures are in place
- Provide after-hours support, as required

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Demonstrated network, infrastructure and software troubleshooting abilities
- Strong working knowledge of:

- Windows Server, including Active Directory / Group Policy setup and administration
- Hardware virtualization technologies
- M365 / Azure AD (Entra) administration
- Network management expertise wireless solutions e.g. Ruckus, HP Aruba, Cisco Meraki
- Laptop/desktop management best practices
- Endpoint security software solutions
- Cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ITIL etc)
- PCI compliance requirements
- Knowledge of common hospitality platforms, including Property Management and POS systems expertise (e.g. Oracle Opera, InfoGenesis, Micros) would be an asset

**Qualifications**
- University degree, or equivalent experience
- Excellent technical problem-solving abilities
- Agile in sourcing new technology solutions
- Ability to develop, deploy and enforce I.T. policy and procedures
- Multi-tasker who thrives on interacting with team member and customers
- Highly personable with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Microsoft and Network certifications are an asset
- Experience with resort or hotel operations an asset
- Ability to travel intermittently
