Are you passionate about food safety and quality systems? We’re looking for a **Quality Assurance & Food Safety Coordinator** to lead and maintain our GMP, HACCP, and BRC systems while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

**What You’ll Be Responsible For**:

- Leading our **GMP, HACCP, and BRC Quality Systems**, ensuring alignment with company policies and food safety regulations.
- Acting as the **HACCP Team Leader**, keeping all programs and pre-requisites up-to-date and fully implemented across production.
- Supporting **third-party audits** (BRC, Organic, Kosher), internal audits, and customer inspections.
- Managing and maintaining **certifications** including BRC and Organic.
- Keeping detailed and current records of **SOPs, SSOPs, product specs, forms**, and documentation.
- Developing and delivering **employee training** on GMP, food safety, sanitation, and quality practices.
- Overseeing **Recall/Mock Recall, Traceability, FIFO, Sanitation, Pest Control, and Food Security** programs.
- Conducting **environmental swabbing** to support sanitation efforts.
- Supporting **supplier programs**, including the review and approval of suppliers.
- Leading and motivating your team to uphold a strong culture of food safety and continuous improvement.

**What You Bring**:

- Solid understanding of **BRC Food Safety Standard (Issue 8)** and **HACCP principles**:

- Experience in food manufacturing and working with certification bodies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Leadership ability with a proactive, hands-on mindset
- **Other**: Valid driver’s license. Ability to commute between the plants. Able to lift/move materials.
- Knowledge of Tagalog, Korean, or Japanese is an asset and will be beneficial when working with our diverse team and customer base.

This role is essential for maintaining high standards of food safety and ensuring that products are safe for consumption. The Food Safety Coordinator will contribute significantly to the overall success of our operations by upholding our commitment to quality.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
