Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Carpenter to join our team. As a Residential Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to Residential Construction and Renovation. This is a hands-on role that requires experience in carpentry and framing. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Residential Carpentry examples, but not limited to
- Footing Framing
- Interior and Exterior Framing
- Working at heights
- Window and Door Installation
- Deck Framing
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Install, repair, and maintain various components such as roofs, drywall, masonry, electrical systems, etc.
- Fabricate and assemble materials as needed
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Residential Carpenter or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Residential Construction with a strong understanding of industry best practices
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

**Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
