**Carpenter**

We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for assisting in the completion of top-quality residential renovations and additions, including, but not limited to; demolition, general framing, subfloor, trim work, hanging doors, installation of windows and doors, etc.

**Regular Responsibilities**
- Demolishing existing space(s), including structural and non-structural members.
- Framing of both structural and non-structural members.
- Preparing backing and prepping for sub-trades.
- Fitting and installing trim: baseboard, casing, crown molding, custom wall paneling, etc.
- Measuring, installing interior doors, and hardware.
- Measuring, cutting, and joining materials made of wood or wood substitutes.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
- Able to complete tasks individually or as part of a team.
- Maintain tools and must be competent in handling tools.
- Maintain a clean work environment.

**Skills & Experience**:

- 2-5 years of carpentry and/or renovation experience.
- Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects up to 50LBS.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to take constructive criticism.
- Need to be flexible in day-to-day tasks and show a willingness to learn and maintain a high standard of quality.
- Knowledge and familiarity with finish details: drywall, backing, Schluter waterproofing, tile, glass enclosures, etc.
- Knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and sketches.
- Have a valid driver G-License and clean driving record.

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
