**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced **Construction Site Lead** to oversee and manage daily operations at our construction sites. The Site Lead will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and on-schedule completion of construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and project management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supervision & Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and direct the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and laborers on site.
- Ensure that the construction team follows proper safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Provide on-site training, guidance, and support to staff as necessary.
- Maintain a positive work environment and foster teamwork and collaboration.

**Project Management**:

- Monitor project progress and report on the status of daily tasks and milestones.
- Ensure that construction activities are carried out according to design specifications, blueprints, and contract requirements.
- Collaborate with the project manager to track timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

**Safety & Compliance**:

- Enforce all safety policies and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for all workers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards or risks and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure that the site complies with local construction codes, OSHA standards, and other regulatory requirements.

**Material & Equipment Management**:

- Oversee the procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment needed for construction.
- Ensure tools and machinery are maintained and operated safely.
- Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the appropriate party for repair or replacement.

**Communication & Reporting**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all site-related issues, providing updates and resolving problems as they arise.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met.
- Submit daily or weekly progress reports to the construction manager.

**Problem Solving & Decision Making**:

- Address any on-site challenges or conflicts that may arise in a timely and effective manner.
- Make informed decisions regarding work schedules, resource allocation, and project scope adjustments.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred).
- Proven experience as a construction supervisor or foreman, with at least [10] years of experience in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- OSHA certification or relevant safety training is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry construction materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to work in outdoor environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
