To help meet our growing client base, we are looking for an additional trainer to complement our existing team.

Applicants must possess sound knowledge of adult education principles, have exceptional communication (written and verbal) skills, project management skills, experience in risk assessments and incident investigations, as well as a proven ability to provide coaching and facilitation as it relates to program planning, implementation, and evaluation. The applicants' expertise and experience will allow them to deliver health and safety training and consulting services in (but not limited to) ICAM investigation, internal OHS audits, risk profiling & management, due diligence, OHS legislation (provincial/federal).

Incident Cause Analysis Method (ICAM) investigation experience is a must. Suitable individuals will be further trained and certified in HSE International training program enabling them to deliver both our in-person and online (virtual) programs.

Applicants must have obtained a post-secondary education or equivalent combination of training/education, complemented with at least seven years (7) of health and safety experience in either the Consumer & Industrial, Energy & Resources, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Public, and/or Technology, Media & Telecommunications sector(s). Applicants must possess intermediate computer skills, have access to a personal laptop, a valid driver’s licence, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel to clients across Canada and internationally for short-term engagements as needed. It is also required that applicants are a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) or have the ability to attain this designation.
