Outbound Sales/Appointment Setter (Independent Contractor - Virtual)
AGM Renovations is seeking a motivated, results-driven individual to join our growing team as an independent contractor in the role of Appointment Setter. If you're a self-motivated professional with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, this is the perfect opportunity to take your career to the next level

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in our business by engaging with clients, setting appointments, and converting leads into confirmed meetings. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound phone sales to set appointments and follow up with both potential and former clients.
- Re-engage clients who have previously canceled appointments to reschedule and meet with us.
- Connect with clients who have received a quote but are undecided, guiding them toward booking a meeting.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.

Recommended Shift Details:

- 4 weekdays per week (any 4 days): 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- One weekend shift per week (Saturday or Sunday): 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience in phone sales** with a proven track record of success.
- Strong computer skills and comfort using various digital tools.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks at once.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A self-starter who can work independently but thrives as part of a supportive team.
