A1 Performance Club is a results-driven training facility where people come to get stronger, leaner, and better. We’re looking for someone hungry, sharp, and relentless to join us as an Outbound Sales Rep.

This job isn’t easy—but if you can grind, you’ll earn. We don’t micromanage. We expect you to work your pipeline, hit your numbers, and bring people through the door. In return, you’ll get high commission, bonus potential, and a shot at profit sharing as you grow with the brand.

What You’ll Do:

- Cold call, text, DM, and follow up with leads daily
- Book people in for assessments, trials, and class intros
- Hit clear weekly targets for contacts, bookings, and conversions
- Follow up with no-shows and fence-sitters until they commit
- Keep lead sheets and tracking systems organized
- Work some evenings and weekends when needed—this is a lifestyle, not a desk job
- Be on the floor occasionally to understand the product you’re selling

Compensation:

- Commission on every sale you bring in.
- Monthly bonuses for top performance

**Job Type**: Commission

Pay: $10,000.00-$250,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
