**Key responsibilities**:
- Organize comprehensive training sessions for store managers, covering topics such as loss prevention procedures, product knowledge, and brand-specific techniques to enhance their expertise and skills.
- Collaborate with vendors to organize, evaluate, and follow up on training sessions, ensuring their effectiveness, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage calendars for training sessions, in-store events, and store studio bookings, coordinating with Field teams
- Coordinate in-store demonstrations, arrange samples and gifts, and ensure smooth event execution.
- Arrange regular brand-specific training sessions for store staff, equipping them with up-to-date product knowledge and techniques.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with vendors and brand partners.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to plan and execute events, including product launches, promotions, and special sales events.
- Oversee event planning and execution, ensuring flawless implementation and assessing their success for continuous improvement.
- Oversee HR administrative tasks, including drafting contracts, maintaining personnel files, updating records, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Support the HR Manager in policy updates and creation, recruitment efforts, answering employee questions regarding payroll/benefits, and ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Act as a reliable backup for the HR Manager during their absence.
**Qualifications and skills**:
- Excellent English communication skills is a necessity
- A university degree or college diploma in human resources management or a related field, such as business administration.
- Minimum 2 years related experience
- Be a strong team member
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail especially when reviewing written documents and following up on important dates
- Creative problem-solving skills to come up with innovative solutions.
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively and independently

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
