Reporting to the HR Manager, this position focuses on building a workplace where people enjoy working. Beyond recruitment and traditional HR tasks, you'll elevate our internal culture through thoughtful experiences, meaningful communication, and team connection initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
Culture & Employee Experience
- Plan and execute team-building activities, celebrations and company events
- Deliver internal communications: newsletter, announcements, memos
- Coordinate training workshop (wellness, CPR, leadership sessions)
- Maintain a shared company calendar and digital culture hub
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety

HR Support & Admin
- Help with full cycle hiring, posting jobs, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
- Assist departmental reviews, performance evaluations, and exit interviews
- Manage new hire logistics: workspace setup, tech access, welcome messages
- Support employees offboarding: system de-provisioning, exit documentation, and communications
- Act as a liaison to the HR manager when support is needed in handling sensitive employee information, ensuring all matters are managed with strict confidentiality

**Bonus**

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
