**About Potash**
- The Jansen project in Saskatchewan, Canada is set to become one of the largest potash mines in the world and is located approximately 140 kilometres east of Saskatoon. BHP’s CAD$14 billion (US$10.5 billion) investment in the Jansen project will deliver a potash mine in Saskatchewan designed to maximize sustainability. As the largest investment in Saskatchewan’s history, Jansen is expected to generate approximately 5,500 workforce opportunities during construction and 900 long-term roles.
- Jansen's construction will take place over several years with first production planned for mid-2027. Once fully ramped up, Jansen is expected to have an initial production capacity of approximately 8.5 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa), with the potential to produce 16 to 17 Mtpa in future stages. **Work Location**
- Downtown, Saskatoon office, with frequent travel to the Jansen Mine Site. 40 hours per week. Hybrid working (flexible, shared workstations and a combination of office and work from home) is standard for BHP.

**About the Role**
- In this role, you will:

- Coordinate all aspects of the Apprentice, Graduate, and student programs, from recruitment through to completion.
- Develop and maintain structured learning pathways and rotation plans that align with business capability needs.
- Partner with leaders, mentors, and training providers to ensure high-quality learning and development outcomes.
- Provide pastoral care and career guidance to apprentices and graduates, supporting their professional and personal growth.
- Manage onboarding, performance reviews, and progression tracking for all participants.
- Collaborate with external education partners, regulatory bodies, and industry groups to maintain compliance and best practice standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in program design, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Organize and deliver development workshops, networking events, and site exposure opportunities.
- Prepare reports, metrics, and insights on program performance and workforce pipeline health.
- Champion inclusion, wellbeing, and early career engagement across the business.
