Our studio space is located in downtown Toronto in the vibrant Little Portugal neighbourhood. We're passionate about making healthy skincare that can be used in our customers' everyday skincare routine. We have an online sales channel, and we also wholesale our products to retailers across Canada. In the past year, the company has seen a lot of growth, and we're really excited about continuing to bring our products to an even larger audience in the future.

- **About The Position**

We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator. This is an exciting full-time opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in organic social media, eCommerce, and retail marketing within the skincare industry.

In this role, you will report to Wildcraft's Senior Marketing Manager and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our social media presence. Additionally, you will play a vital role in representing our brand at retail stores by conducting in-person training sessions and product demos to effectively promote Wildcraft.

This is a hybrid position, requiring at least 2-3 days per week on-site at our West End Toronto studio.

**Social Media Responsibilities**
- Bring your creativity to life by crafting captivating brand content, including images, reels, stories, and captions tailored for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure all content aligns with the brand vision, is pre-approved, and integrates seamlessly with broader marketing objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of Wildcraft’s products to create content that authentically tells our brand story and resonates with our audience.
- Analyze past social media strategies to identify successes, uncover opportunities for improvement, and build on what’s working well.
- Maintain and update the social content calendar, ensuring all assets are prepared and scheduled in advance.
- Curate a warm and welcoming Instagram feed that reflects Wildcraft’s unique personality.
- Capture our story by gathering in-house raw footage (images and videos) and visiting retailers to highlight our products and retail partnerships.
- Transform raw footage into polished assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube to engage and grow our audience.
- Stay informed about skincare trends and news across social media platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster a positive and engaging online community.

**Other Responsibilities**
- Assist in organizing training sessions and product demos for retail partners, ensuring all materials and logistics are prepared in advance.
- Lead in-person training sessions and demos at retail stores to promote the brand, engage with retail staff, and equip them to effectively represent Wildcraft.
- Serve as a brand ambassador during these events, building relationships with retailers and maintaining a professional, positive image of Wildcraft.

**Requirements**:

- Must be located in Toronto, Canada and be able to come to our studio 2-3 times a week.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in organic social media marketing is required.
- Knowledge of the wellness and beauty industry are essential.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and trends, including creating content native to each platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging content and interactions.
- Comfortable appearing on camera to create relatable social media content.
- Skilled in creating video content using TikTok, Instagram, CapCut, or InShot.
- Experience editing and resizing photos for social media use.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Later for performance tracking and improvement.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to coordinate retailer events and lead training sessions and demos on location.
