Right now we are looking for a **Medical & Academic Affairs Assistant**

**Reporting Relationship**:Manager, Medical Affairs

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative, data management, and reporting support in respect of medical learners and Medical/Dental Staff, and act as a central point of contact for the Administrative Office
- Lead the coordination of Medical/Dental Staff recruitment and interviews within Medical Affairs, including monitoring of the Medical Recruitment inbox
- Enter, prepare, analyze, and distribute informational, statistical, and other data, reports, and documents for submission to various stakeholders in order to meet reporting obligations
- Track and monitor reporting requirements and other deadlines; distribute reports according to requirements; set reminders for stakeholders.
- Calculation and processing of HOCC stipends
- Petal MD super-user/ responsible for inputting and publishing physician on-call schedules across the organization
- Play a leadership role, support and act as the central contact person for physicians seeking academic appointments at affiliated universities
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Medical Administration Diploma required
- Undergraduate degree in healthcare of business management required
- 2 years experience providing administrative support
- Medical education experience preferred
- MS Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.), Microsoft Teams, Zoom
- Scheduling, Customer service, Organizational skills, Problem solving
- Interpersonal, privacy, organization, tact and diplomacy skills
