**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES**:

- Establish milestones and effectively plan, execute, and complete projects.
- Gather customer requirements and transfer them to internal cross-functional teams, following up on progress, and providing timely feedback to customers or the sales team.
- Define and track project milestones, lead internal project meetings, ensure that all tasks are properly assigned, and monitor their completion status.
- Keep the project list up to date, summarize the status, and provide regular reports to the management team, demonstrate the ability to identify risks, implement change control, manage resources, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the projects and understand specific regulations in industry.
- Interface to certificate institutions and coordinate internal teams to fulfill requirements from institutions, prepare required documents and monitoring schedule progress.
- Provide the Project Manager with various status reports.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to continuously improve new projects and products.

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- Post-Secondary education diploma or equivalent, related to Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering is an asset.
- Minimum of 1 year of Project Management experience with a strong experience in project management methodologies and project management tools.
- PMP certification, knowledge of APQP/PPAP concepts are assets.
- Self-starter and a team player in a diversified, dynamic, and fast-paced product development environment.
- Ability to handle multiple diverse assignments.
- Capable of working independently, while being a collaborative member of the team.
- Takes initiative to complete tasks in progress and seek creative solutions.
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
