We are looking for an Experienced Client Manager to work at a Multidisciplinary clinic that offers services for Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopaths, Naturopaths, and RMT.

We are looking for an Experienced Clinic Administrator to work at a Multidisciplinary clinic that offers services for Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopath, Naturopath, and RMT.

**Responsibilities**
- The Clinici Administrator is responsible for providing the highest level of patient and family focused service to a wide spectrum of patients by timely and effectively communicating key Clinic resources, providing assistance and support with navigating Physio Connect and the health care system, enabling in-patient visitors and conducting patient experience surveys. Confidentially manage patient accounts. Schedule patient visits and answer pre-visit questions, including about billing. Ensure compliance with professional standards. Look after Front desk operation and over see Clinic cordinator.

**Qualification and Skills**
- Must have minimum 3 years of clinic administrator or Manager in a health care setting
- Prior experience working with Physio clinic must
- Manage over all clinic front desk operation.
- Demonstrated Person Centered Care/Customer Service behavior required
- Proficiency in Conflict Management and Resolution skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills in a dynamic and complex setting
- Experience in software packages such as Word/Windows and patient care system universal/ Antibex EMR
- Able to organize work and perform tasks effectively at a fast pace in response to an unpredictable environment

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
