You are an upbeat and hardworking phone sales pro with 2-5 years of successful tech sales experience, who thrives in a competitive inside phone sales role. The Citrix Digital Sales Associate on the Small Business Growth Territory team is a proactive and consultative inside phone sales role. You’ll work collaboratively with the Citrix Sales Leadership Team and cross-functional team members to develop, lead and grow existing customer accounts. You will be selling Citrix software solutions to existing and future customers in the East Canada Territory. **Fluent in French (spoken & written) is required**

**What you are looking for**:
In this role, you will be a critical element of our sales organization, providing leads and sales opportunities for the organization. You enjoy the challenges of building long-term relationships with existing customers, have a gift for presenting to diverse customers thru product demos, and have the ability to position Citrix solutions for long-term relationships & thrive in a quota and metrics-based organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect for new business, direct customer engagement, working with Citrix Solutions Advisor (CSA) partners to increase Citrix product knowledge and efficiencies
- Manage both an indirect customer procurement (channel) and direct customer engagement model.
- Set qualified appointments for their field counterparts with new and existing customers to address their IT challenges and business needs.
- Begin to establish relationships with key Channel Partners, System Integrators, and any other external partner, to develop and achieve the defined account strategies and opportunity plans.
- Establish relationships with Field Sales, Systems Engineers, Consultants, and other sales specialists to maximize the full potential of every opportunity.
- Responsible for all aspects of the sale from pricing negotiations to contract development to ensuring successful order fulfillment once the order has been received and processed by Citrix.
- Manage weekly forecasts against revenue targets and works closely with inside sales counterpart(s) to manage the pipeline and set appropriate monthly and quarterly revenue expectations using Citrix-defined CRM and forecasting tools.
- Understand and navigate account procurement practices to successfully negotiate profitable licensing contracts.
- Deliver product presentations to Customers focusing on positioning and selling Citrix solutions.
- Serve as the primary client contact for non-technical or support issues requiring escalation.
- Provide regular and efficient updates on assigned accounts to sales management including accurate and timely sales.
- Achieve at least 4 hours of daily phone time and 50 verifiable outbound phone calls per day which are MBO measurements of the position

**Preferred Requirements**
- 2-5 years of Inside Sales experience in a high-tech environment in an indirect sales and procurement environment with a demonstrated track record of success in driving customer adoption of technology is preferred
- Ability to identify new and existing opportunities through basic Consultative Selling methodology
- Proven self-starter with a motivated attitude to manage multiple tasks, projects and responsibilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- History of successful target attainment
- Knowledge of two-tier channel sales (VAR, distribution, and vendor)
- CCSP certification is a plus
- AA degree or equivalent experience
