Priori Digital Studio specializes in selling digital products, primarily spreadsheets and PDFs. We create practical and optimized digital tools to help our customers better organize and manage their daily lives, including budgeting, business finances, and personal organization. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an **E-commerce & Digital Creation Project Manager** to support our business development and process optimization.

The **E-commerce & Digital Creation Project Manager** will play a key role in managing and expanding Priori Digital Studio. This person will be responsible for coordinating product creation, launching products across different platforms, handling customer service, and overseeing marketing efforts. The role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and creativity to continuously improve our offerings.

**Main Responsibilities**

**1. Digital Product Creation & Management**
- Coordinate product creation with virtual assistants (VAs).
- Plan and assign tasks related to product design.
- Track project progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Test products to guarantee functionality before launch.
- Prepare support materials for customer video tutorials, including:

- Writing video scripts.
- (Potentially) Recording voiceovers for tutorials.
- Coordinating video editing.

**2. Product Launch & Sales Optimization**
- Create and optimize product listings.
- Design engaging images for listings or coordinate with designers.
- Conduct keyword research to maximize product visibility across platforms.

**3. Customer Service & Reputation Management**
- Manage and resolve reported customer issues.
- Ensure that every customer review receives an appropriate response.

**4. Business Development & Market Research**
- Analyze market trends and identify new niches.
- Research and propose new digital product ideas tailored to our audience.

**5. Marketing & Content Creation**
- Manage and coordinate YouTube videos and promotional content.
- Develop engaging video concepts (e.g., customer interviews, financial organization tips, etc.).
- Oversee short video content creation (Shorts, TikTok, Reels).
- Manage and grow social media presence to promote the store and engage with the community.

**Desired Profile**
- Autonomous and proactive.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong motivation to contribute to business growth.
- Fully bilingual (French & English), both written and spoken.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools (Excel, Canva, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience in project and team management.
- Good understanding of SEO principles.
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- University degree in **Business Administration**, with a specialization in:

- Entrepreneurship
- Marketing
- Project Management
- Business Analysis
- Management
- Relevant work experience is an asset.
- Experience in video editing is a plus.

**Conditions**
- **Salary**: $45,000 - $55,000 CAD per year, based on experience.
