Our brokerage is looking for a Junior, Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Junior, Licensed Real Estate Agent, you will work alongside experienced senior agents to gain the knowledge and experience you need to become a successful real estate professional. This position is 100% commission based, income potential range listed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior agents with open houses and showings
- Follow up with potential clients and leads
- Attend team meetings and trainings
- Help create and implement marketing plans to promote listings
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

**Requirements**:

- Active real estate license
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Grimsby, ON L3M 1R3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Grimsby, ON L3M 1R3
