**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the management of property operations, including maintenance requests and tenant communications.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and property documentation.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office organization.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns promptly while ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair work on properties.
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants through various channels.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants as needed.

**Skills**
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software and data entry.
- Experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities to build rapport with tenants.
- Effective negotiation skills to facilitate lease agreements and resolve disputes.
- Exceptional customer service skills to address tenant needs and concerns professionally.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient phone etiquette for handling inquiries and communications effectively.
- Sales experience is a plus to assist in promoting available properties.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
