- **Service à la clientèle**:
Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle en répondant aux questions et préoccupations des locataires, facilitant une expérience de location positive.Aider à maintenir des dossiers précis des appels, des inspections et des interactions avec les locataires pour soutenir l'équipe de location.Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'Agent de location pour apprendre les opérations de location et soutenir les objectifs globaux de l'entreprise.**Qualifications**:

- Actuellement inscrit ou diplômé récent d'un programme en affaires, immobilier ou domaine connexe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office ; une familiarité avec les logiciels de gestion immobilière est un atout.
- Doit avoir un permis de conduire valide et un moyen de transport fiable pour les visites sur site.
- **Bilingue**: Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français ; l'italien est un atout.

- **Follow-Up Calls**:
Conduct follow-up calls to existing leads to maintain relationships, answer questions, and assist in the leasing process.
- **On-Site Inspections**:
Assist in performing inspections of units for move-ins and move-outs, ensuring properties meet readiness standards and documenting any necessary actions.
- **Customer Service**:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns, facilitating a positive leasing experience.
- **Documentation**:
Help maintain accurate records of calls, inspections, and tenant interactions to support the leasing team.
- **Collaboration**:
Work closely with the Leasing Agent to learn about leasing operations and support overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a program in business, real estate, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with property management software is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
- **Bilingual**: Proficient in English and French; Italian is an asset.
